Blackthorn Software and its licensors own the website, including its text, designs, graphics, logos, software, and other content. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Blackthorn Software, CrewView, and their logos are trademarks or service marks of their respective owners.

Do not submit confidential information through a website form unless we have agreed in writing to receive it. Sending a message does not create a customer, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The revised terms apply when posted. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term.
